Super Jet Is my cylinder overported?

Im trying to turn an old race motor into a freestyle motor, trying to see if I can get more bottom end out of this motor? Does the cyl look over ported?

6m6 cylinder with 82mm pistons, 62t 5mm stroker bottom end. Engine has FST and Fast Times written on it.

Distance from top of cyl to top of exhaust port 1.435in.

At 1.435 down from deck to port opening with a +5mm stroke crank there would have to be a bunch of piston pop up even for race porting. With .120 piston pop up (way aggressive) it would still have exhaust port opening of 86.8 degrees after top dead center which is not a low end/off idle port configuration.
