Surfriding Is it difficult to remove PowerValve of DASA?

Anyone have any instruction on power valve removal and any torque specs on putting it back on?
I cant get a wrench on either of the two upper middle bolts to insert the Exhaust manifold. If I could take the Power Valve off I could get to the bolt and tighten it then re install the PV but wasnt sure if its a PITA or easy and didnt want to just go for it?

thanks

Piece of cake. Just unscrew the bolts on the side and slide the whole assembly out. Note which guillotine is which and their orientation. They should be numbered on the top of the slides/guillotines. I don't know the torque specs for them. You might look at a manual for a GP 800 / 1200 and see what specs they use for OEM PV's. I usually just put some thread sealant on them and tighten them 'hand snug'. Typically I will do a thin dab of 1211 or Hondabond on the gaskets to make sure they seal well. I will also do a thin bead of 1211 on the PV cap rim, where the bellows fits over it and the spring holds it together.

I do the same, but check the torque for a 6mm bolt i think its around 65-85 in lbs. They willl leak if you dont seal them.
