Custom/Hybrid internal fuel filler on a 440/500 tank

For an internal fill for a stock tank? Not that I'm aware of. If you buy an aftermarket tank, they'll fill internally. The WestCoast ones do.

Internal filters are available too, if thats what you meant.

I put one on my 550 tank, much like modding an SJ tank. I was going to use a Westcoast tall 550 tank but never got around to buying one, they have roughly the same footprint as the stock 550 tank but are taller and they are molded flat (not ribbed like OEM tanks). What are you doing with it?

the tall 550 tanks may be too tall for a sj though.not too sure however.
i think the filters are ribbed though.

have a 440 tank for my ski but i need an internal fill, i dont want to mod the tank would prefer to bolt one on or buy a tank with one already

looking at the jaz tanks from thrust just need the dimensions

just look for a westcoast tank, it has what your looking for without having to do some cutting and glueing

The picture that Bojangles posted is perfect. However, I'd add that the left hand side of the tank is curved to accept the exhaust as it passes by. There's a dent in the tank so that it doesn't come into contact with the exhaust stinger.
