I have what seems a really agressive intake grate on the super right now (two scoop R&D) sticks way out. I have only ridden the ski a few times before I blew it up last year and got stuck with the js 550 with a open grate.
What the riding difference between this one and a open one, just help load the pump and stick to the water? seems like it was tough to get the back end to break free..
