Installing the factory pipe manifold

You can look in the tool box of a jetskier and figure out who owns a B-pipe: it's the tool box with the specially ground wrench! Seriously - the only way to do it right is to get a wrench of the right size (is it 13mm? Can't remember) and grind the outside so that you can get enough of a swing to tighten the bolts. There's really no other way.

Yeah, go buy yourself a moderate priced 12mm wrench and grind away until you can fit it in there. I also slightly relieved the manifold to help the wrench fit. You will only be able to make small progress on the inside top bolts but it will go eventuallly. Good luck!!

I've found the secret to be holding the wrench at a slight angle - not perpendicular to the shank of the bolt. Once I figured that out, it hasn't been a problem. It's still a pain on the butt though ;-)
