installing bilge outlet...

What size hole saw are you guys using to install the 3/4 outlet?

I used my 1/2 inch drill bit then used a die grinder to gently widen the hole to where the outlet just slips in with a little force.

I then smathered the underside of the outlet with a little silicone sealant upon installation.

I used 1" hole saw fit like a glove

I use a wood boring bit set and works well on fiberglass too...

1 inch. BTW I found a 'carbide' hole saw makes a perfect smooth hole in fiberglass. The thing has no 'teeth' at all, just round and crusted with carbide abrasive.
