Custom/Hybrid Install DaKine footstraps

What kind of epoxy and or bonding adhesives could be used to bond the metal washer to the fiberglass tray???? i could not find much products that could be used any suggestions from past installs???

i lay a small sheet fo fiberglass over my inserts(with a couple holes in them for the nut to poke through) and epoxy it to my tray. this way there is alot more surface area to glass to the tray than just a washer/insert. just do a search and look at build threads to see how others do it
