would it be possible to stamp press the tnt chambers out of aluminum and only have one weld going down it vs. a bunch of welds going across.... just a brainstorm.....

Randy @ WatCon has purchased and owns the rights to the TNT chamber.
I noticed a big difference in the low-mid hit range with my B1 mod chamber in comparison to the SJ mod chamber. The SS is much better for reflecting the standing wave over the AL chamber. However the B1 mod chambers tend to crack at the support bracket alot. Paul has dyno results comparing all these pipes. The SS, shape, and volume of the TNT is the key to its kick azz hit that all seem to want. I am just a po boy from TN and can't afford a Precious right now. Personally I think that it would be a waste of time to produce an AL TNT style chamber. SS is the only way to go.

I've never seen one crack. Are you using both Lord mounts? The mounts are very important!
A TNT has a lot greater chance to crack than a Factory Pipe chamber... and no warranty.
The TNT is shorter. But there are 3 different TNT chambers.
