Freestyle impeller shimming

thinking of shimming my impeller is it best for it to b coser or further away from the veins, limited setup, running stock pump, cone, and 12/20 skat.

get a 9/15 hooker,

i like a 3mm spacer on my prop in my mag. otherwise you almost cant unhook it in a slide, it just grabs everywhere. 140mm mag w/ skat c75 12/17

im in the process of blue printing my stock pump, takeing the spacer out between prop and pump, i might get 1mm closer to veins, hopeing ill tell a difference just by blue printing, i bored my turn nozzle out to 4 1/2 in.

Why bore the turn nozzle? Wouldn't that just reduce your steering authority and give you more play?

well waternut im not real sure, I just look at all these skis, on here and the turn nozzles look huge. I thought i read on here some where guys were doing it. if it doesnt work ive got an extra,
