impeller nose cone?

The little black rubber nose cone on my impeller (Skat Trak) keeps coming off the impeller end and sliding around on the drive shaft, what effects does this cause? Will this cause larger problems later? What is the easiest fix?

Get a two piece aluminum cone with the allen screws.

I have been using one of those aluminum nose cones for several years now. It works great, I don't remember where I got it though.. I will bet it is in the Hot Products catalog if you want to download the PDF from their site and look for it.
