Impeller Installtion!

Is it easy? well for someone with a mechical background? do i need any kind of pullers and so on? i should replace the bearing and seals while im in there right? What would be a good pitch for a 90 SuperJet (701) i want killer lowend but still want to keep up with my cousins 05 sj!
