I've bought an ada head shell from him ( http://www.x-h2o.com/threads/122360-ADA-non-girdled-head-100&highlight=ada ), head is in good shape, communication OK, fast shipping but shipped without new o ring kit, no water by pass fitting and 40$ shipping instead of 28$ (I can understand that because of online quote).

Not very very important but at the end I've paid 140$ and I've lost 20$ o ring kit + 10$ by pass fitting + 12$ for shipping, 30% loose :bad3:
I've pm'd him with no answer

I refunded the borrower $40. Wont ship international again.

Thank you Steve for your refund. I can say thank you for the international shipping, in this case I'm not responsible for what happen, I think I'm a good buyer, I've deal lots of parts with different people here (sportfish, augustaf, carterB, jetmaniac, #.0, and many others) with no problem. There is no reason to blame overseas buyer.
