I Need Help!!!!

First off--if an admin is reading this--can you make this sticky for about 2 weeks???

Some friends of ours here in ATL had their house burn down tonight--they have two kids--everyone got out ok but they lost everything---soooo....because I know you guys are so generous--I was wondering if I find out the kids sizes--can we all donate clothes and toys for the kids...I will find out the appropriate sizes for clothes and ages for toys tomorrow morning and post it up and also where to send stuff to.

Some of you locals may know them--Becca "Naturalborn" on the riot boards and Darrick. Any help would cetainly be appreciated!!!!

I have seen her little girl--she's smaller than my daughter--her son is older than mine I think--I've never seen him. Ronny may know how old he is. But both are way smaller than you Waste...:smile:

Ironically enough--their homeowner's insurance expires tomorrow...so at least it will be covered since it happened before midnight tonight...:bigeyes:

You usually have to have insurance to have a mortgage, but I know that will take time. Hope i can help somehow.

I dont have ANY shirts or clothes that would fit that kid. Only thing I have is a few too small or too big tshirts that he could wear just as a spare. I had alot of pants i would ahve thrown his way but he's a bit to small.

I's still be down for throwing in atleast $10 for some new clothes for the dude. If just a bit of us threw in $5 that would easily cover the little guy some clothes until they get back on their feet

Also, did they lose all their bikes aswell?

Talked to Becca---To donate kids clothes--they need:

Size 6-7 for a boy--size 2 shoes

Size 5-6 for a girl--size 13 shoes

Get some stuff together and I'll let everyone know where to send it once we figure that out!!!

if possible, have them (or someone do it for them) setup a paypal account too. its probably the easiest way alot of us can help.

I pretty sure they have a paypal account--I'll see if I can find out what email address they use for it...
