I have an 18 superjet and I did the quick steer mod WITHOUT 07 and older steering cable. I was able to move the cable closer to the nozzle and maxing out the factory cable without binding. After moving the cable inward I had to adjust it at the bars to align it. The nozzle is not binding at all. So after riding it this way it definitely turns a little sharper but the ski feels very unstable at high speeds and kicks the ass end out really easy. Prior to the mod it would handle like its on rails but after it feels very "slidy". I am thinking maybe it slides out easier because of the harder angle but wanted an experienced opinion. Is this normal outcome for this mod?
