Super Jet How Too Get Custom Engraving ADA Head

I posted earlier about getting a vector format so i could get a engraving and never really figured it out but I did some googling and found that a .eps file is the "same" so i opend up photoshop and all i did was click on file, Save as... then selected the .eps format shot ADA an email and ended up with this.....
