I always see people asking questions on how to remove a flywheel so I made a short video. Hope it can help someone out.

I would like to add that the three bolts I use to thread into the flywheel are case bolts. The 8 bolts on the center of the cases. They are the correct thread pitch for the flywheel.

MAKE SURE NOT TO THREAD THE BOLTS IN TOO FAR OR YOU WILL DAMAGE YOUR STATOR!!!!

Leaving the flywheel bolt on the crank helps from launching the flywheel and puller assembly across the garage as well.

I wonder if the water method would work for our flywheels? The crank snout is tapered just like on a snowmobile? I just had to rebuild the clutch on my RMK Pro and the dealer could not remove my clutch with their puller and impact wrench and almost 2 hours of trying, so I asked them if they had tried the 'water' method. They had not, but were open to trying it and sure enough it worked the first try. They said they are going to use this trick every time.
