Super Jet how to chop a square nose superjet

I wanted to chop a few inches off the back of my sn tonight and im curious how you go about doing that. I am worried about the exhaust pipe.. I have already defoamed/refoamed and installed footholds but i recently decided i wanted to shorten it as well...Can i just take a sawsaw and cut at an angle through the exhaust tube then glass over the whole thing and use a hole saw to open the tube back up??
