How long to swap SN handlepoles

I busted my pole, and just got my replacement today. I want to ride tomorrow and I am wondering how long it should take to take off the old pole and instal the new one?? anyone do this lately?

just did a few weeks ago, about 15-20 minutes, simple

What he said. It's easy. The only hard part is fighting with the spring, and fishing the cables back through the pole.

plan on an hour, nothing ever goes as acpected

tape every thing to the steering cable and when you start to slide the pole on over the steering cable every thing else goes right through with it.

i used some bailing wire as fish tape...worked very easily, did it on my dock
