How hot do you run your box???

I just built a SN this year and put a riva red pipe and an A/M waterbox in it. I also ran dual cooling. When I installed the cooling lines I added a water restrictor at the stinger but my box is still cold to the touch after running. The water is 48 degrees, that probably has some to do with it. But I'm left wondering...how hot should I run a box that touches my fuel filler hose and gas tank? I just turfed the box tonight but I was just curious what you all do?

Are you are running to seperate systems ( one to pipe one to engine ) ??
for most non moded skis dual cooling is overkill, I am quite sure that with the current water temperatures you should look into restricting incommng water to get overall higher temperatures especillay when your pipe is being feed directly.

I have mine set up to run both lines into manifold and one line from engine then proceeds to cool the pipe therefore that water is already heated up,we do restrict incoming water during cold season.

run a 2 to 3 mill restric in it with a jetworks valve and your good, restric the overboard also untill the water gets warmer later in the season

I was told 200 degrees at the inlet of the box at wide open high speed for at least 15 seconds is as hot as you want to go. I also found out it is hotter at the outlet of the box versus the inlet of the box.
