Super Jet How heavy should a stock pole setup feel?

I put the stock RN pole back on my ski and replaced the spring with a new OEM one. It doesnt feel like the spring is doing a damn thing. There is no pole pad on and the pole already feels very heavy. I will take pics because I may have messed up the spring/pole install? My RRP with the same spring feels almost weightless. I have never ridden a SJ with a stock pole before.

Stock pole should feel just about weightless with the pole pad turfed and the foam removed.

stock spring sux...get a SS umi style sold by sjetrider here and it will have zero weight...

Shawn...I'll buy the OEM spring from you if you bail on it.. I like a little weight at the bars. I've bailed on UMI and Blowsion springs for the stocker.

What doesnt make sense is that I have the stock spring in my RRP pole and its weightless. Stock pole feels like a brick (or 2). Doesnt seem like it puts enough tension on it..?
