Super Jet how do you turf a ski

[fast superjet chase]

I have no clue where to start turfing my superjet, it has footholds dont have a clue how to cut it or any thing i would also like to do the rails and bumpers is one sheet of turf enough and any help would be great. Thanks for your in put.

what matt e said , I actually turfed the red ski featured in onesojourner 's post ... if you are worried about cuts and what not.. use a large sheet of paper and make a template . start on the outside top of the gunalls , and work your way down to the footholds, a heat gun and an extra set of hands help alot . pm me if you want and I ll give you more info.. oh yeah at least 2 layers of glue on both surfaces , and let it dry to the touch

x2 that's exactly how I do it and it turns out good.

I also buy like 5000 razor blades and use a new blade after every other cut or so. Turf dulls the blades so quick.
