I have a older cast PV cylinder that has the sea doo PV caps and am needing some advice on where to best set them for freestyle any help would be greatly appreciated.
Depends on the springs, compression, valve design, where it gets its pressure from. Only way to do it is trial and error. Be glad you have SeaDoo caps and can adjust your spring preload with just a screw driver rather than having to change springs.
the more the spring pressure, the later the RPMs come on. screw them all the way out, try it, then in and try. see if you notice the diff. my old dasa 850 cyl had them all the way out.
