How do I torque base hardware on oversized cylinder casting?

I am running a ProTec cylinder and had to install two studs on the exhaust side and the casting overlaps almost all of the hardware. I got all of the intake side torqued and with a bit of work got the center exhaust side torqued but there is no way I can get a socket on the two outer exhaust side nuts.

i do it the ghetto way. get a feel for all the torqed bolts using a crescent wrench and then torque the others as close to the feel as possible. Hasnt failed me yet, and when i go back to check them im +/- 3ft/lbs usually (checked with snapon digital 3/8")

This is what I did, I think I will go buy a crowfoot wrench set for $15 for a little peace of mind.
