Can anyone tell me how I can figure out if I have resistor plug caps or not? I have been running resistor plugs and it seems to run fine but I have been having some tuning issues. Don't think it is related but I would feel better knowing.

Cheers!

Unless you're running an aftermarket digital ignition, your tuning problems are not related to your caps.
Even then, it wouldn't be all that likely.

Not so quick there sparky, I have had quite a few of the red OEM spark plug caps go bad and cause major tuning and drivability issues.

Yes there is resistance in the coil, to measure the resistance on the caps they must be removed from the wires or pull the rubber boots off them so you can get to both ends to measure the resistance through the connector, of course when you do this it will be obvious if its a resistor cap or not.

Matt e I have a question, since a coil is merely a two sets of windings inside a casing how can it not have resistance?

It does have resistance, but very very little. Under 20 Ohms, if that.
The coil is two sets of wound wire and that wire has low resistance.
Compared to the resistor caps, it's essentially nothing.
