^^^Thats pretty funny reading it over again.

If your nozzle is angled to the right while the bars are straight you would need to extend your cable "socket" out some. Remove your rideplate and loosen the 8mm jamb-nut behind the "socket" that connects to the ball you just relocated. Slide the spring loaded collar back and remove the socket, unthread it a few turns and reattach to test. Don't go too far. If you run out of room here move up to the turn plate and make adjustments there to.

I leave those jam nuts loose so I can fine tune the steering on the water. It is pretty much impossible to get it dialed on the trailer as just centering the nozzle doesn't seem to do it (at least for me).

This is a lost cause for me...

I throw to the left for most tricks, so I put the nozzle all the way left, put the turn plate on the steering stop, and setup the cable accordingly....

Doesn't work for me either. Seems like it depends on how you stand on the ski too. My friends ski doesn't go straight when I ride it. Same thing when he rides mine. We always have to have the bars a little off center to go straight. They're perfectly straight when we're on our own skis. He's goofy footed, and I'm regular too.
