hmm new front foothold build

well threw this together been lookign for a front foothold and was at my friends shop today, sailboat builder/mold maker= lots of glass and resin.

so i just busted this out in 5 min or so. did a layer of thick mat the 2 carbon layers will prob fill with foam to make it structural or put a fire ext in it. if i can find one that fits. maybe can cut it up a lil and make a fire ext holder.

if it is stong enough i will use it and not toss it in the trash and will look for a lil piece of hydro turf to wrap it up. let me know if anyone has some. oh and i did it in about 5 min and obviolsly no prep or instructions if it works great if it fails great. there is still over 1000s of yard of glass. and lots of resin i think it polyester dno.

thats true. i have footholds right now but would like to have front foot be held better for wave carving and stuff straps has me a lil worried about my foot not comming out.

im not much of a newb but im talentless. still though, run straps. way better for for westcoast style surfridn. you get out of them easy enough. its like learning how to ride clipless pedles on a mtb
