Lets see if I can interpret what you want.

1. If by a nose holder, you mean a bow stop this is available here
http://www.amazon.com/Stoltz-PWC-5A...8&qid=1368700613&sr=8-2&keywords=pwc+bow+stop
For jetski hitch haulers people just build the rails and put some hooks or eye bolts through the frame and ratchet strap front and back to that, so a bow stop isn't needed.

2. Usually people build jet ski specific hitch haulers (everything you posted is a cargo hitch hauler) so the rails are spaced the same width as most standup chines (12in) those all look a bit wider, not saying they wont work, but $100 worth of angle iron, 2in box tube, 2x4s and some eye bolts and you could build one the right width from scratch. IE you weld up a metal frame out of angle iron about 14in wide, drill through the sides and bolt the 2x4s to it.

If I wasn't going to start from scratch out of those I would probably get the first one as it looks easiest to modify, add some brackets and some 2x4s.

As for making one that is also a beach cart, that is a great idea, not sure why I haven't seen that done yet. Get some big ass tires and go for it.

Thanks but I'm not a great welder I started welding last year (I'm 17) so I'd rather buy one and modify it to my needs . The bow stop I need for theft issues (I want to keep this on my truck because I move around from lakes all the time and add a locking pin (there on eBay somewhere ) I have a simple idea on the beach cart ill make a design put it up
