It's a 1993 750SX with keihin dual 40's. 190 psi cylinders, MSD enhancer ignition, 13-18 Solas prop. This winter I rebuilt the carbs, put new fuel pump and new anti siphon valves in the carb. Ran great last weekend, brought it home. Took it out this weekend, the first boat wake I go to jump it stalls right out. Approach it about 1/4 throttle then hammer WOT and it just dies. If you hammer WOT, feel it stalling, back off and get back on it then it will go. It's almost like a hesitation. Spark plugs got a brown color. High + low screws are set to factory.
I can run around buoys all day no problem but as soon as I try to jump a boat wake, I stall. It seems to be only 1/4 throttle to full throttle. I opened up the carbs they dont look dirty and the fuel filter is doing its job.
