Super Jet here can i get an efi kit for my 701?

you're on your own for that one.
no shelf efi available for sj.
you need to contact an aftermarket efi co and source your parts individualy.

I have built loads of megasquirts. The best one would be a specially designed MS1 which was called 'barebones' and designed for motorbikes (never sold though). It measured about 10x5cm so could be easily installed.

A regular MS1 would also work, but would take up a bit of space.

It would be a piece of piss to do. Two injectors, two throttle bodies.. would be sweet. Little more complicated if you want to install spark control, but not that difficult.

The main headache is finding a fuel pump that is small/efficient enough (ie doesn't draw loads of current).

There is a guy on the MS forum who has it on a couch, it handles the marine environment fine.

Cheers,

Fuel pump is easy. A Walbro will drop right through the hole in the top of a SJ tank. The stock pickup could easily be converted into a fuel pump holder.

The "hot ticket" would be a fuel surge tank that made sure you never lost fuel pressure.

My home away from home.
electrical load is a big hurdle.ecu, injectors, pump and ignition would easily overwhelm the generator output.

Unfortunately it's all money. That being said lol... Is there some type of (sealed) generator / alternator that could be mounted to the coupler area?

edit: Sucks that it would take a couple ponies to run it. Just throwin it out there.

i started looking into it for my 750sx... we did it on a banshee with a 44mm carb gutted to be throttle body, a fuel pump out of a newer couch (cant remember which one) and a microsquirt. god is it nice to never have to tune the thing. im def going to do it to my 750 at some point just got other things on my plate first.
