Helppppppppppp

Ok on a 1991 superjet where does the water inlet hose go? I am guessing on the exhaust manafold but if thats the case then what do I put going to the head? right now i have a hose going from the manafold to the head is ther suppose to be a t there so the water inlet hose can go there too?

The incoming water from the pump goes to the fitting on the bottom that goes into the manifold. The water coming out of the head goes to the fitting that is on the upper part of the pipe right behind where it attaches to the manifold. You should see it if you are looking down from the back side of the head. There is a big flat head screw right next to it that is used to attach a flush kit. I don't remember if the 91 with the 650 had a T fitting or not. My 94 with the 701 had a T fitting between the head and the pipe that went to the stock pisser. If you do not have a pisser then no T fitting. Does this help??

Dont know what pipe your running but the inlet should be on the manifold then there should be one from the head to the headpipe or farther down the pipe if it dosnt have a headpipe

It goes on the fitting just past the manifold like Keefer said. It flows in the motor at the manifold to warm the water up which prevents cold siezures then flows out of the head and back into the pipe. It just makes a loop thru the motor and back into the pipe.

We got it straigtened out...Its a real tuffy to see that nipple for the water inlet. I take my b pipe space for granted when i tried to shove my head in the stocker 650 and
