Super Jet Help with slop free cable ends?

Bought 2 sets of these last year, installed set on Sn and towards end of season broke my steering cable.
Buddy pointed out it wasn't hitting the stop so cable stress was to blame.
Have not installed new cable yet.
This is on an -2 X-metal w -2.5 turn plate.

So the other day I tried installing on my fx-1. All stock

Cant for the life of me get this to hit the steering stop w both ends on?
About a half inch away still from the stop going left.
Other problem is the thickness of the ends seem to bind with turn plate?

Any help would be appreciated.
Maybe I am just overlooking something. Thanks

So u have no thread left to shorten cable?

Yeah need more thread, you can take the cable end off and cut it back some with a hack saw or cut off wheel on dermal. Will give you more room to tighten cable end more.

Yeah I didn't think about cable being in backwards

That's full lock to the left.
These ends have a lot more thread (deeper).
I only have one end on at the moment.
With both its not even close.
