Help with low end stall

This hopefully will be easier for you guys than it is for me

96 rn 701 dual 38s all stock

He's what happened, bought ski ran great besides one way valve going bad

Started having low end bog, so I rebuilt carbs and put everything back to factory specs +1/4 turn richer

Used the same needle seat and spring even though needles did not look healthy(was riding next day)

Ski had trouble starting and but once started i was able to take off

Turns out needles were leaking so I pulled carbs and put new n/s in

Richened my lows another 1/8 turn

Now when I drop in it fires up no problem but of I try to gas it it'll stall out, I have to feather the throttle without it stalling until I'm at mid rpm, from mid to high it runs great

As soon as I slow down it will want to stall when I try to gas it

On my way in I tried pumping primer when it wanted to stall and seemed to want to rev back up, like it was leaning out

I would assume it's a lean bog, but my pop off should be around 50psi.

I have it at 30psi because I could not tell what old psi was because they were leaking so bad so I kept same spring it

Now I would imagine with a low pop off and factory f/a it would push fuel in to low jet sooner that it's supposed to therefore flooding it out at low rpm. But this wants to stall like it is lean

Anyone have any insight on this
