Had this 92 sn sitting round for prolly 5 years. Start a build. Strip graphics and start sanding. I see skat track under everything. If you look close you can see it. Why is this? Also under fuel door have this autograph. What is it and who's it from

The Skat-Trak sticker that used to be there helped cook the white paint right into the metton(brown stuff/engineering plastic material).

Cant read that dribble..lol
