Super Jet Help - Refurbing Pump Inserts

I lost the front two bolts on my pump and the vibration ruined the wear ring housing "feet" and dug in to the hull around the inserts about an 1/8" on one side. That is no biggie by itself to fix, but one of the inserts is wobbling around now, and both have the tops damaged and should be replaced.
My hull is just a beater SN but has a lot of love in it and I would really like to salvage it if I can.
How do I do this job right, or is it even worth it?

Stole this pic from another thread but it shows what the insert looks like on the back side. If they have worn out the glass around them that holds them in place them you might need to come in from the tray with a hole saw and reglue them or replace them and glue new ones in.

Another options is to move away from using those bolts and buy the alum bracket that can be used to replace the pump seal. It will allow you to bolt the pump the pump shoe area and should hold the pump where it needs to be if you set it in place properly.

Two choices.

1.Cut the tray from above, cut them out and glass in some inserts.

2. Cut it out from below. Then figure out a way to glass them in the proper place by using the pump to align it.

I've done both. Above is easier but you have to deal with the turf. Your choice.

You will just need longer bolts that hold the reduction nozzle, stator section and wear ring together, see the holes drill in the plate here. Its the couch style mounting system
