HELP ME sj is stuttering

Hey guys ok heres the deal i was out about 500ft away from shore and my cooling line came off so it went into limp mode, i couldnt swim it to shore to bad of a current so i basically 1/4 throttled it to shore, i put back on the cooling line and rode my ski around for a little. the next day i went and rode my ski for a lil but after about 15 minutes maybe less it would start to stutter when i would nail it. so i bought a carb rebuild kit and did the rebuild. then i took it back out it did the same thing again. so i replaced the head gasket still same thing. also after i would nail it the longer i ride it like 45 minutes it would stutter at lower speeds. im thinking that this is a electrical problem what do you guys think

Thanks
Jim

Maybe the cooling line came off because something got lodged in the lines causing extra pressure at the fitting between the junk and the pump. Shoot some compressed air in the lines BACKWARDS and see what comes out. Maybe water would work too if you don't have air but either way, you need to put some force behind it.

Try replacing the headgasket or the head o-rings, if it's an o-ring only model head.
Sounds to me that as soon as the engine gets hot, you start mis-firing.

try to remove the spark plug boots and cut a 1/4 to 1/2 inch off of you plug wires and put the boots back on then try it out. my ski did that when i first got it. Throw a new set of plugs in while your at it. make sure you gap them correctly. just a shot in the dark, but it's worth a shot.
