Help ME PLEASE!!!

I just drilled a hole in my dash for my bilge outlet and i drilled it to close to the top so i cant reach the threads with the nut.So how can I feel the hole in?

Duct tape the back side,mix up some cabosil and epoxy about like peanut butter and pull it in the hole,if you really want to get fancy cut some pieces of cloth in small circles and wet it out to fill it in then pull the epoxy-cabosil mixture in it.
