Has anyone ever had a mikuni SUPER BN fuel pump fail?

My ski was running awesome just the other day, and now it won't hardly idle. I cleaned out the carbs and put new plugs in it, and still spits and sputters, barely running. Got plenty of compression and good spark, so that leads me to fuel... I pulled off the return line from the carbs (dual 38's) and while rolling it over not much fuel came out, like barely a stream. Is that normal? Is my fuel pump failing or has a chunk of stuff in it? Has anyone else had to rebuild their fuel pumps? thanks, trevor.

Not much fuel will be puped when it's just being turned over by the starter. The fuel pump is pretty simple, take it apart and take a look to see if anything is damaged.
