Super Jet Hard starting cold.

09 SJ stock. The fuel filter is carring a little air. If I take the filter and run it with the fuel out faceing up this should bleed out the air right wrong?

Don't worry abut a bit of air in the fuel filter, this is perfectly normal!

No just the stock choke. Would that be wise to install so I don't have to crank it so long?

Yes, install it yesterday.

Now you hit the primer five times, push the starter, and it fires right off. Problem solved.
