That shark was pretty bold stealing the Tarpon like that; not scared of the running outboard either. I'd have gaffed him for taking my fish!:rocketwhore:

I would've been worried about slipping and falling out of boat when all were running about in it.

Actually, its real common here to have Bull Sharks nail your Tarpon before you get it in. Pretty wild to see the Hammerheads.

I think it was Boca Grande (about an hour South of you). It's one of the most beautiful spots in Florida and has the best Tarpon fishing in the world.

Did you hear about the 1500 lb hammerhead that they caught in Boca Grande (bout two weeks ago) . Beat the current record by 600 lbs.

Towed the guy 12 miles out to shore. They had to use another boat to gaff the thing.

Scary!!
