Other got my first shot of cortisone today for trigger induced carpal tunnel

anybody have good luck treating their carpal tunnel w/ cortisone shots ? why am I keyboarding now making it worse ? nine yrs of ridin and clicking the mouse did it I guess...:hitwithrock:
