Other GoPro 3 issues

I'm not the most tech savvy person out there. I have googled my issue but noone seems to have my EXACT ussue. Mine stops recording around 28-30 minutes. i can hit the record button and it will start going again as normal. but its like its preset to stop at a certain GB or something along those lines. anyone got a damn clue what im going through?

Mine stops around that same time to BUT mine does start recording again by itself. Did a Spartan run with it and ended up having 3 or 4 videos instead of just 1. I was not aware it did this, I thought it would be one constant video.

That is in your settings I believe. It may be in the form of a max file size rather than an actual time limit.
