That's a pretty fair price assuming it stock under the hood. If it has a pipe/ head it's a very good price.

Stock boats in florida are listed around $3000. Depends on how much is availablein your area and how long you are willing to wait. If its mint under the hood and you are wanting itnow its reasonable. Prices do go up in the summer.
