Girdled head help

Had a cracked 61x cylinder. Got a new one coming, but wondering if I can run a girdle kit on my 61x head?

Just a girdle kit??? Like a Pro-Tec... Yes
Or a girdled head? Like a ADA, Riva, R & D... Yes
As long as you have all of the correct hardware

So I can put a protec girdle kit on my stock head?

That's not how a girdled kit works. You have to replace the head. Cost a few hundred for the ada kit.

OK next question, got a protec pipe wat size dome do I get, I'm kinda a rookie

Depends on elevation. But most run 35cc. That puts most unported 701 at 185psi. Will have to run 91oct or higher with that compression.

Will it stay more dependable at 150-160 psi, if so wat domes for that

Nope. Just have to run higher octane fuel. Stock bore, unported are bullet proof motors.
