Super Jet Get choke cable out

How do you get the choke cable out of the hull? And I mean without breaking/cutting it. If I do decide to I actually do want to be able to put it back in there.

Does the knob have any threading? I am hesitant to break the bloody thing.

There's a tiny set screw on the side of nob holding it on...

That was it. #1 phillups set screw! How'd I miss that? Anyway thanks I'm back to work.
