FX-1 FX1 Gas Tank Options

Probably not...but i like the extra clearance you have with that full length tailcone! (side/fuel tank).The FX-FP chambers are really tight there. Looks good!
When is the pump mod happening?

I was gonna do this conversion when I was building my FX. The tank is tight and would require trimming the hood lip/edge just a little. I decided against doing it because I really didn't need the extra fuel. Stock motor doesn't use much gas, and with a pump conversion it uses even less, more efficient pump I guess.

Kawasaki 750 tank in an FX. This looks like an interesting option to go along with one of the factory pipes that wraps around the front of the engine (waveblaster II ?).

whats the easiest + safeist way to remove the bracket's that's been glued to the hull for the battery box and gas tank hold down's ???

my guess is to use a wide screwdriver and hammer, but that might break the brackets apart and into piece's.

any wisdom on this would be GR8 !!!

Use a wood chisel and remove the extra glue first. Then work around the mounts chiseling & prying with a pair of chisel/screwdrivers. Be carefull not to punch a hole in the bottom.

Heat gun and a pry bar, thats how we removed all the mounts in the FX-1000. Once that green glue gets hot the mounts just pop off.
