FX-1 fuel octane question

Done some research here and from what I can find if im running 180 psi 93 octane is what I should use. so how many octane does it go up per say 10 psi? is it safe to say that at 190 id want to be in the 94-95 range or more or less?

Also, is it safe you purchase a 5 gal of vp 110 and mix with 91 to get the desired octane per 5 gallons?

Mixing race gas and pump gas to increase octane rating is common practice. Pump gas only is good up to about 185psi.

Sweet! Here in cali there is only 91 at the pump, im going to try the local airport for some av gas as the only other place that sells 100 in pretty far away..

Assuming your cylinder is not ported or decked and you have not severely advanced the timing , you can run 180psi with 91 octane fuel 190 would be fine with the 93 octane
