Super Jet fuel and water line questions

I'll try to make it short. I have a 99 RN with basic mods. (pipe, head, ... basics). Due to some recent problems I am replacing all the fuel and water lines.
Question is : WHAT can I scrap ???? I want to clean up and minimize the lines under the hood
1) I plan on putting inline fuel filters on the "ON" and "RES" lines. Is that white plastic thing mounted on the back, right side a water seperator or a filter? Do I need it?
2) Front left, same thing. Small round white plastic thing. Looks like a water seperator. The hose going from it goes up into the hanpole and has a plastic "bulb" on it. What the hell is that ???
3) One way valve attatched to the tank. Does the long hose coming off of it need to go any where? Can I just stub it out?
4) I have an extra bilge on the ski. The factory "filter" going to the auto siphon is a bit beat up. Do I need to replace it and are there some other options. Also, I THINK the hose to it was modified when I put in the Factory B Pipe but I can't remember. It now comes from the ski, up to hood level, has a 90 fitting on it, then drops back down to the "filter". Is this nescessary ? Other options ?

If anyone has pics or suggestions on how to clean up and minimize all these lines i would greately appreciate it

Sorry if this is all a bit unclear. I'll answer any questions the best I can to help clear it up

u want to keep one way valve on tank, the water separator not realy necessary, some leave the stock bilge on, or remove and run bilge pumps, the syphon line runs up above water line to prevent water from flowing back in to hull when its sitting, some guy use the through hull line for stock bilge for dual cooling, but u will have to drill and tap and put a barb fitting on pump to do this.
