Front foothold - 2006Superjet is this yours?

As I look at this and see the dimensions I'm having trouble figuring out how the fire extinguisher can be taken out (to be used, haha, or more importantly to demonstrate you can take it out to the man with the badge)??

haha... I guess you could cut it in certain spots and use hydroturf like tom21 did to make a "hinge" and then use straps to hold it together... but tom21's had a better shape that kinda worked for that.... I dont know about this one...i guess you could prob get it to work with a little effort

FYI, Tom21's foothold doesn't use hydroturf as a hinge.

Either way... toms still looks better... If I was going to try to sell something like this I would have one completely made up like toms to show people how it can be finished and how it will work...

not sure. it hinges from the inside though. the turf is on the outside (obviously!)

I thought it was flat black turf... but I looked at it for about 2 seconds... it is prob rubber after looking at it again for another 2 seconds...

you guys are intense. im selling it on flea bay. the place where they have been selling blowsion gas caps at retail and old squares at over 1k. peep have money and i didnt end up using them i installed a da kine check out my install. it was either toss them in the trash or put them on ebay and sell it for a few bucks.

I used a stainless steel piano hinge from Ace hardware on my front foothold and it's very strong.

The door mold was pulled off a BBQ smoker grille. :afro:
