Yes, that's about the going rate for one. You rarely see a used one for sale for less than $40 so why not throw down the extra $10 and just get new. Wet Wolf I believe made these and the ebay cone is a replica of the Wet Wolf. They do help with the bottom end so it's worth it for your freestyle ski.

They can help in certain situations and setups. I had one for my SJ, but with a bored 85mm pump nozzle I was loosing some needed pump pressure. So i put the stock cone back on and it was better. On SJ's I say do one or the other but not both.
I dont have experience with the cones on Kawis, but if I were you I'd try one. I'm sure it will help your 750 out.

Whether it helps or hurts depends on the motor and pump setup. When I had a stock pump with my Jetworks big bore, I found that the stock cone worked better all around. Experiment around and see what works best in your setup.
