ok unclehulka will probably pick on me again, but I just have to say it  you won't have this problem with the leightweight.de hull :Banane01:
They really did a good job on it and solved some problems like that pretty good. Does somebody know what Blowsion wants for it, as they sell it in the US??

I'm sure this has been discussed a million times before but I really need some positive reinforcement here. Any trick to denting it? Just set it down on a little padding (sheet of carpet, turf, whatever), and whack a hammer on it where it rubs?

I did grind down my reinforcements where it rubbed but perhaps not enough. It is pretty damn thick...

I would try a rubber mallet or a standard hammer on a piece of wood (so you make a nice flat surface). Yes, just where it rubs.

Might want to wear earplugs when you're banging on it.

After reinforcing the hull with two layers of 17oz biax and one layer of mat, I had to line the side with hydroturf so the pipe would not knock on the hull. Now it seems the chamber is wearing where it layed the most against the turf. Should I flip the turf so the back is touching the pipe or something else I can do about this wear? This is after 20-25 hrs of use.

I tried denting the chamber but it giving me that sickening feeling in my gut.
